We stand behind our hardware. If something fails under normal use within the first year, we will make it right.

12 months of coverage

Starting from the date of delivery, not the date of manufacture.

What is covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Hardware component failures under normal use
  • MagSafe magnet array performance issues
  • Battery performance falling below 80% capacity
  • Microphone or recording quality failures
  • Any fault that arises without physical damage or misuse

What is not covered

  • Damage from drops, impact, or physical force
  • Liquid or moisture damage of any kind
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect function
  • Damage from use with incompatible accessories
  • Faults caused by unauthorised repair or modification
  • Normal wear including minor scratches on the casing

How to make a warranty claim

Contact support

Email support@genius.ai with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video if relevant.

Diagnosis

Our support team will assess the issue within 48 business hours and confirm whether it qualifies under warranty.

Resolution

Depending on the issue, we will repair your device or replace it with a new or refurbished unit at our discretion.
