We assess the issue
Our support team responds within 24 business hours and confirms whether the fault qualifies for replacement.
We ship a replacement
If eligible, we dispatch a replacement device. You keep or return the original depending on the nature of the fault.
Eligible for replacement
- Device arrived physically damaged in transit
- Device does not power on or function out of the box
- Hardware defect reported within the 1-year warranty period
- MagSafe attachment or microphone failure under normal use
- Manufacturing fault confirmed by our support team
Not eligible for replacement
- Change of mind or preference after purchase
- Physical damage caused by dropping, impact, or misuse
- Liquid or moisture damage of any kind
- Device modified or repaired by an unauthorised party
- Fault reported after the 1-year warranty period
