By purchasing a Genius device or using any Genius software or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use Genius products.

These terms are governed by Indian law and apply to all users in India.

Genius hardware devices are currently available for sale in India only.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Orders are confirmed after successful payment processing. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Product specifications are subject to change without notice. Images are representative and may differ slightly from the physical product.

We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and net banking through our certified payment partners.

Payment is charged at the time of order placement.

All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your payment credentials.

Standard shipping is free across India for all Genius device orders.

Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days from order confirmation, depending on your location.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

All Genius device sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds.

If your device arrives damaged or develops a hardware fault, we will replace it under our Replacement Policy. Please see our Replacement Policy page for full details.

Every Genius device is covered by a 1-year limited hardware warranty. Please see our Warranty page for details.

Purchase of a Genius device grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence to use the Genius software and services.

This licence is for personal and professional business use only. You may not sub-license, resell, or distribute the software or your access to the services.

We reserve the right to update or modify the software at any time. Material changes will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.

You must comply with all applicable laws when using Genius, including laws relating to the recording of conversations.

In India, it is your responsibility to inform all parties to a conversation that it is being recorded, where required by law or professional obligation.

You may not use Genius to record conversations for unlawful purposes, to harass, intimidate, or deceive others, or in any manner that violates applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service to any user found to be in breach of these terms.

All hardware design, software, branding, and content associated with Genius are owned by or licensed to us.

You retain ownership of the recordings, transcripts, and notes you create using the Genius device.

You grant us a limited licence to process your recordings solely for the purpose of delivering our services to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Genius is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or missed business opportunities.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
